Level 1 Medication Aide

This 16-hour program teaches skills in medication administration and is part one of the Level 1 Medication Aide certification process. 

This online course ONLY accounts for the classroom review. Upon completion of this online program, you will need to complete the in-person examination, practicum, and competency portions of the course to become a certified level one medication aide with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and receive your certification.

Shelly Gormley, LPN

Mrs. Gormley has 25 years of nursing experience, including 15 years of long-term care experience, in which she worked as a charge nurse, medical records nurse and wound care nurse. In addition, she served for 5 years as Director of Nursing in an Assisted Living community. She is an LPN with an associates degree in bio-clinical sciences.
